Today, next to students women are among the fastest growing users of technology to establish ventures that allow them to work from a remote location or the comforts of home.  These women are making waves far exceeding the boardroom, warehouse, or the office using creativity, ingenuity, and a determination to make a better life for themselves and their families.

Here is an ode to several women who are not only using technology to change their lives but they’re also inspiring women such as myself to do the same.   Don’t be alarmed if you’re not familiar with their achievements or you do not yet know who they are like most legends who may not have realized how ground-breaking their accomplishments would become their contributions to society will also one day go down in HISTORY.
